JAAGA announced JAAGA Award winners of 2013.　Winner's name and their achievement are as below.　Their devotion and efforts are vital in enhancing the U.S.-Japan Air Force friendship and mutual trust and has served to further strengthen the bilateral relations between the United States of America and Japan.

JASDF	Headquarters, Northern Air Defense Command Misawa AB	C.M.Sgt. Takashi Tachizaki	As the President of the NCO Association of Misawa Air Base for the Japanese Financial Year 2013, he has proactively participated in many exchange activities in Misawa area.
	1st Air Defence Missile Group Iruma AB	Warrant Officer Ayumu Tanaka	He has not only fulfilled his role as Senior Enlisted Advisor to Commander, 1st Air Defense Missile Group, but also proactively encouraged bilateral exchanges with the USAF Non-Commissioned Officers on behalf of the men and women of the NCOs in Iruma Air Base.
	Air Defense Operations Group Yokota AB	Warrant Officer Yoshihiko Harada	As Head of Yokota Branch, JASDF Senior NCO Association, he has proactively encouraged the bilateral exchanges of the Non-Commissioned Officers in Yokota Air Base.
	83rd Air Wing Naha AB	Sgt. Jun Matsuki	He has conducted the bilateral exchanges among aircraft maintenance Non-Commissioned Officers and encouraged mutual participation in the base events as well as various exchanges and functions at unit-level.
USAF	35th Fighter Wing Misawa AB	Captain Yukubu A.Carriker	He has provided assistance for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force Personnel in their learning of English and proactively encouraged the bilateral exchange programs.
	374th Airlift Wing Yokota AB	M.Sgt. John　P.Souza	He has participated in many bilateral exchanges in Yokota Air Base and proactively encouraged the bilateral exchange programs.
	18th Wing Kadena AB	Captain. William　J. Sullivan	He has made tremendous contributions to the bilateral training and exercises and encouraged the exchange programs both on and off the Kadena Air Base.
