On 17th Jan. 2003, Gen (Ret.) Muraki, Chairman of the Board JAAGA, visited
5th Air Force headquarters in order to present the supporting money to
the representative of USAF NCOs. CMSgt O'Niel received it from Gen.
Muraki under witness by Gen. Waskow (5th AF/CC) and Gen. Findley (5thAF/CV).
On this occasion, Gen. Muraki requested him to spend it to achieve
the program purpose. And Gen. Waskow pointed that this exchange program
very contributed for a good state of U.S.-Japan relations. (Reported by secretariat Iwasaki)
