On 17th Dec, .JAAGA chairman Hirose, secretariat Nara and Yamamoto visited Lt.Gen.Rice at Yokota AB to hand support things for JASDF-USAF NCOs Exchange Program.　This program is that JASDF NCOs visit USAF bases and USAF NCOs do JASDF bases for mutual understanding.　USAF has accepted JASDF NCOs since 1996, and JASDF has done since 2005.　And JAAGA has supported this program since 1998 as one of JAAGA projects related on US-Japan Airmen Exchange.　Plan of this fiscal is that USAF accepts 21 JASDF NCOs at 3 AB (Kadena, Misawa and Yokota) and JASDF gets 21 USAF NCOs at 3 AB (Nyutabaru, Gifu and Komaki) for one week from coming Janueary to March 2009.　In the conversation between Gen.Rice & chairman Hirose, General expressed appreciation for JAAGA supporting, and pointed this exchange program is very useful to USAF also it is imporant to keep carriying out this program.　This meeting was so friendly that I felt 20 minutes is too short.　(reported by secretariat Nara)
