On 5 February, JAAGA vice president Hirose and 3 secretariats (Arai, Tanaka,
Minamoto) visited the headquarters of Fifth Air Force in Yokota AB, and
handed support item related on 2010 JASDF-USAF NCO Exchange Program to
USAF NCO representative, who has just assumed in January. USAF will receive
JASDF NCOs to their units according to the plan below. Lt.Gen.Rice (5AF/CC)
was out of office, so we met Maj.Gen.Angelella (5AF/CV). Then Gen.Angelella
pointed "The JASDF -USAF NCOs Exchange Program is so instructive for
USAF too. We appreciate JAAGA's support to this program." Topic of
our conversation was that NCOs Exchange Program securely contributes to
improve the mutual understanding and friendship. Also we talked about JAAGA
award, SPORTEX, JAAGA annual convention, USAF bases visiting. Gen.Angelella
showed us strong understanding for JAAGA activities. (reported by secretariat
